Sun Valley has been chosen to host the 2010 US National Paragliding Championships to be held August 28 to September 5. South Central Idaho will be the site of a seven-day festival celebrating cross-country paragliding, with a race-to-goal format. Competition days will be August 30-September 5.The event will host the best pilots in the nation along with a strong showing of international pilots. There will also be staged events, parties and demostrations. Event is hosted by Sun Valley Paragliders, the local recreational paragliding club.
